The course is for total beginners or for those who want to
deepen their understanding of Ashtanga Yoga.
Please note: Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga. Yoga students wanting to partake in this course should have a reasonable level of fitness but no previous yoga experience is required.
